These people can definitely be more helpful for do it yourselfers. I purchased 1” Kino blue from the store in Vail, from the samples on the ground and in the box. I specifically wanted 1” as to not have smaller rocks that get stuck in my shoes. I explained this too. I phoned in a few days before delivery and the gentleman informed me that there is very little “smalls” in the non screened rock. Not even close! Good establishment, good selection - seemed to be very busy and the employee was a bit overwhelmed. Overall we were happy
In my opinion I didn't think the guy at the front desk wanted my business. He was very abrupt. Tried to charge 150 dollars for rock delivery before he even got my actual address. When he got the address it dropped to 95 dollars. Way more than my close neighbor paid for the same tonnage. I used the other guys. They were really nice and no delivery fee. Next time I will just call. No reason to be disrespected in person.
Great customer service and plenty of products to choose from!
I didnt need much but I still received good service at a very reasonable price.
