Got 1 ton rip rap. Got home unloaded and most was small rocks and dirt. Not happy at all, I assume they don't sift the rocks cause my truck is full of small rock and dirt now.
The gentleman who helped me and the pricing was incredibly reasonable
These people can definitely be more helpful for do it yourselfers. I purchased 1” Kino blue from the store in Vail, from the samples on the ground and in the box. I specifically wanted 1” as to not have smaller rocks that get stuck in my shoes. I explained this too. I phoned in a few days before delivery and the gentleman informed me that there is very little “smalls” in the non screened rock. Not even close! They should really be more customer friendly and help them get what they are after, rather than just making a sale an... read more
