Omar B was our service technician and was very personable and informative as to what the problem was with the unit which was making a strange noise. He showed me what the problem was he found and what he did to fix it. I advised the unit is 37 years old and wouldn’t have been surprised if he needed to replace it. He said to count every day/week we still have it running as a blessing and to just be aware it will need replacing sooner rather than later. I can’t say enough good things about this company. We lost our air-conditioning right before four days of 90+ degree temperatures settled in. Between Tiffany in the office, Nick accessing the situation, Chris being thorough with explaining my options, Jose and his team installing, and Omar coming out to tighten a few loose ends, the service was incredible.
