Call to make an appointment for a new Central air heat pump system. Was told the sales rep would call and set up an appointment. Waited almost 2 weeks with no phone call back from the company. I called the company and talked to the receptionist and she actually made the appointment for me. Had an appointment at 3 o’clock. At 3:15 the sales rep called me and said he could not make the appointment he was stuck at the shop. Called Twice and gave my name and phone number to the receptionist for a new HVAC installation estimate. 12 days later …. And Never got a call back. They are not eager to acquire new business. UPDATE: I appreciate you responding. Turns out there is a plethora of HVAC companies in the area; ranging from small one man shows to large companies owned by out-of-state corporations.
