Call to make an appointment for a new Central air heat pump system. Was told the sales rep would call and set up an appointment. Waited almost 2 weeks with no phone call back from the company. I called the company and talked to the receptionist and she actually made the appointment for me. Had an appointment at 3 o’clock. At 3:15 the sales rep called me and said he could not make the appointment he was stuck at the shop.
