Had a opener replaced at my rental unit less than a month ago, call from the tenant today, door won't open again. Called for a follow up appointment, which shouldn't be necessary to begin with, and the lady on the phone gives me every excuse why there would be another service call charge. We'll see about that. I will follow up and edit the review as necessary following the next appointment... Received a prompt call from the branch manager who assured me she is on top of the situation. Feeling better about a good outcome.
Very unprofessional. I made an appointment and used PTO to be home on the day of my appointment. Waited all morning and called to see when the tech will be out. They never put me down for the appointment and told me a different price of service that was $200 more than I was quoted. Horrible organization skills to not put down appointments. Go to Crosstown Garage Doors instead.

They were able to come out next day. Arrived during the window they quoted. Then quoted would have an entire spring fixed in about an hour. Finished in ~30 minutes PLUS switched out the lightbulb because he noticed it went out. Honestly, I was so happy! We were in quite the bind & they took care of it fast! Highly recommend.
