D & D Garage Doors of Port Charlotte did a wonderful job repairing my garage door. I’m very pleased with how smoothly everything works now, and the service was both professional and efficient. The only thing I still need is a remote opener, which I plan to follow up on soon. Overall, I’m very satisfied and would gladly recommend their services.
The quality of the construction was poor at best. Customer service was atrocious. I received no response from anyone in management after being told I would. Waisted my time 2 days 1 day for not correct communication and day 2 for a no show to repair the mistakes for sending out Nonqualified door installers. Making me have to extend my travel plans back to NJ by a week. I have yet to hear anything from customer service. This company came highly recommended but I would never recommend them to anyone.
D & D GARAGE DOORS installed our hurricane door years ago and now one of the springs broke. We called and they were very courteous and scheduled a repair. The work was done and they even greased the door hinges. Very satisfied. Very good company.
