An employee in the office called to cancel my installation appointment an hour and a half before it was scheduled. It was disappointing because I took off work to be home for the installation. The employee on the phone couldn't have cared less about canceling. She was apathetic and curt.
The young man that came out to look at my garage door was awesome. To the point professional and I appreciate you for that. Thank you
My technician Joshua was very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient! Kudos to Joshua! He immediately diagnosed the broken spring and fixed it promptly
Technician was very professional and knowledgeable.
