Quick to respond when the new garage door that D and D installed started making grinding sounds. Thankfully it was a small part that wore down.
I chose to use D & D to replace the garage door motor at our new house not because they were the original installer years ago, but because I have had years of great service and maintenance from them at our former home. This experience was no different. Thanks, Craig.
Came early. Called first to make sure it was OK to come. Fixed n serviced door in an hours.
Loyal customer for 11+ years. Poor door installation leads to add repair costs of 2k $ . No recall on request to clarify with D&D management. Worst service.
