Very good to deal with
Purchased New 215D Rob was a pleasure to deal with and very helpful. As far as ongoing service of machine and parts supply. Service charges are exorbitant. Time taken to get an answer on availability of parts is outrageous. Half a day wait just to find out if they even have a replacement fuel cap. Very Poor form.
