TIGER ESCAPES PENSACOLA!!! Brought my 2002 Capo in for service and instead of dragging home an empty trailer, brought this BEAUT home. Shane and Julie were my guides on this Safari and couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. In the end I bagged this beast and couldn’t be happier!!! Shane and Julie were awesome help. I'd been eyeing a ducati for years and they helped me get exactly what I wanted before most people could even get their hands on it. Everything was straight forward, no pressure and no-nonsense, and I couldn't believe how available Shane was to help me through the process and the little things. He literally went the extra mile, and as a newer rider, I needed it. Highly recommend, especially if you're military, they'll take care of you.
Had a great experience purchasing a new bike. Shane and team were very knowledgeable and helped me (a person who'd never been on a bike before) get started. They were very patient and didn't mind multiple visits and questions as we researched everything. I highly recommend them!
Had a nice experience with Shane and the owner (Julie)of the Cycle shop. Their presentation in their show room was very good. They had the bike on time and all the accessories I ordered, installed and ready to go. I would recommend them. John Shilling I bought a 2019 Vespa 300, Red in color.
5 stars - We purchased a bike for my husband and had such a great experience we came back to them to purchase a bike for me! Shane is awesome and works with you to get a great deal. It's definitely a family at this shop they go above and beyond to help their customers. We'll never go anywhere else!
One of those hard to find authentic motorbike shops! They are riders!
Went there to have tire change. I dropped it off went to main lobby to pay and look around. Wasn't there for ten minutes and they were done. I've checked the reviews and many were right. Mechanics are pros and very nice. Floor crew were very respectful and always smiling. I think I've found a crew who I trust to work on my bike. Thanks D&D Cycles!!!!
