We picked up a comforter on yesterday paid $42.73 only to open the bag and they've washed and dried it when the label says Dry Clean. So, I called them around 10:40am today and got some rude lady telling me that they wash and dry and put them in a bag unless it says otherwise. Ma'am it DEFINITELY says otherwise and that's why I sent it there or I could've washed it myself at home.
