It is fitting that I educate the public as to the quality of work and customer service I received yesterday from D & D Auto Air. I waited anxiously for almost 2 weeks to hear from D & D to say that my bus was finally complete. I was greeted by Tim Rowan (the owner) who began blaming me for not bring back my bus on Saturday July 24 (2 days after he first fixed it).
