Very unhappy with the service and lack of response. Feel taken advantage of and ignored. They will not answer my calls. I was given a 30 day warranty. The battery lasted less than 2 weeks and cost over $200. Not a good business to deal with for a job on your vehicle!!!
I'm a 65 year old diabetic Senior Citizen. I made an appointment a week in advance. I waited 3 hours by Mr vehicle. Brandon never showed, never returned my calls or email. I had to cancel Dr appt.
Friendly and easy to deal with.
I would highly recommend using R&B. They we’re excellent, great service!
