Not a great experience honestly. I felt like I was being sold something constantly. The price they quoted for the replacement was double what I was subsequently quoted by someone else. And they doubled their “service call “ charge with an added “diagnostic fee”. I’ve never had this happen with any other AC company. I would not recommend them at all. Although I will say the one positive was the woman in the office who made the appt. She was kind and did all she could to get someone out to me quickly.
Destin was great, needed some parts and contract renewal he sat with me explained everything. I didn’t know I had a twice a year maintenance contract. So now I will have D&D come in twice a year. Thanks Destin for your time to explain everything.
Jose was very good. However, we had thought a scheduled system check up would include a new filter. Leaving the system unclean is a poor indicator of company care and concern for its products or customers.
