D & D has performed routine maintenance on my unit for 2 years now, and I have no complaints, However my daughter had a new high-efficiency A/C installed around 18 months ago and is still having problems. The unit was not installed correctly initially, but it eventually was resolved. This summer the unit could not keep up with necessary cooling and after numerous service calls D&D said some parts had failed. They somehow neglected to order the parts for almost 2 months.
