This is one very unprofessional medical practice. I called 3 times in a one week time period and was sent to voicemail where I left voice messages requesting a return call. Their voicemail says that if you call before 4pm, the call will be return no later than the next business day. They never called me. I will be filing a complaint with the medical board.
Been going there for about 5 years, every 3 years.They have a turnaround. More a school at your cost. instead of a Doctor's office.They don't remember your medicine.They don't care if you get your medicine.like saying , just as well go somewhere else. While Doctor Harper stays at the hospital, you never see him, he probably doesn't know what's going on in his office. If he does he's to blame also.
We started coming here when we moved to Douglas last year. Everyone is always friendly, courteous, they listen and are very thorough. Would absolutely highly recommend.
