The place itself is nice and I felt comfortable leaving my things in storage but I was erroneously charged an additional monthly fee even though I turned in lock and keys weeks in advance and they "removed" my bank account information so that I wouldn't be charged. Well after midnight on the first of the month I was charged and several months later as of today, May 19, I have not been reimbursed. Clean, easy to access my unit after hours and climate controlled. Sometimes a little hard to get a flatbed but not usually.
