I really like dealing with this company. They place a high value on security. I like that. Very clean, access controlled, Danny took good care of me and made the experience seamless. I have had several rooms there for 3 years and never had a problem. Good business! Thanks Danny..
The place itself is nice and I felt comfortable leaving my things in storage but I was erroneously charged an additional monthly fee even though I turned in lock and keys weeks in advance and they "removed" my bank account information so that I wouldn't be charged. Well after midnight on the first of the month I was charged and several months later as of today, May 19, I have not been reimbursed.
