Called at 710 AM on a Monday and they were here by 720 AM, replaced my hot water heater and had me up and running by 830 AM! Fantastic service and did a high quality job!
Called about my boiler, they said they were busy and would call me back. Waited 2 weeks no call. I called them again talked with a woman in the office. I gave her my boiler info and she said she would get back to me and never did. Shame on them for being rude and unprofessional.
It's very difficult to get a plumber in this little town so when I called D Cent plumbing and had to leave a message about my hot water heater being out I wasn't expecting a returned phone call for hours. They returned my call within an hour and came out to take a look the same day. They determined they don't make the needed part for my dinosaur of a water heater and needed to be replaced.
