I will NEVER use this company again. I received an invoice 10 months after the work was completed (that my tenants were responsible for). I asked Peggy how they would like to help me for this, since my lease with the past tenants who no longer live at that address would have been responsible for this bill. Peggy preceded to tell me that she would be so happy to waive any late fees but would not reduce the bill. Will never use this service, my wife was yielding to oncoming traffic on the I 90 on ramp. One of their service trucks honked when we could not go. He then proceeded to flip off my entire family as he drove by. I'm sure he was having a bad day, you can not conducive yourself this way in a company vehicle.
