David the owner and mechanic is a skilled thief who will screw you on the hours he bills..He is very reluctant to offer an estimate upfront because he knows once the work is performed he has the upper hand. I required some parts and 6 hours of labor @$75 per...he invoiced me for $600 in parts and 26 hours labor!!!
