I have used in past without incident, however this year was a complete disappointment. I scheduled an appointment for last week but they called and said something came up and they needed to reschedule. I agreed, and it was scheduled for today 07-25-19. They called and stated they would Be out at 11:30 A.M. I removed all my decks flowers and furniture, moved potted plants and my Grill into the garage. Not recommended, never showed up for appointment, that was scheduled over a month in advance. Then told us they didn't know they made the appointment and then tried to say they had called and left a message to cancel appointment, why cancel an appointment you didn't know you made? Unprofessional and disappointing.
