This State Farm office, everytime I have renewed, has slapped extra charges on after the fact even though I paid in full for 6 months. This has happened every single 6 month period I have worked with this agent. Then, with no notice, no accidents, no violations, no tickets, they stopped renewing my insurance as they had been.
