I was employed at this company, and my boss jr. Nelson told me I had to do work that I told him wasn't safe doing, which resulted in me getting injured, having 2 knee surgery's then when the comp doctor cleared me to go back to work with restrictions. They fired me. Also owed me back pay , that they did pay me but then sent me a 1099 which is illegal according to the irs.very unprofessional!!
