We’ve had repeated issues with this company being unreliable. Technicians often arrive later than scheduled, and repairs are not completed properly the first time. In many cases, the same issue returns the next day or shortly after. The usual response is to say parts are ordered, but even after long waits the equipment still isn’t fixed. I cannot recommend D. Blake Electric highly enough! We recently replaced three furnaces and three air conditioners, and the entire process was nothing short of exceptional. From the get-go, they impressed us with their punctuality. They arrived when they said they would, which can be uncommon in the service industry. They took the time to look deep into what was wrong with the AC! We had already had another company look and received quotes ranging $6K - 8K. D. Blake HVAC found that there was a Freon leak in the pipes and fixed it for much less. Highly recommend.
