A couple of years ago, when I wanted my father’s ring to be sized, it was destroyed by a jeweler who was not capable of handling the design of the ring. (I have a previous review indicating the damage.) Upon having my father’s ring destroyed, and the jeweler denying responsibility, I began searching for a jeweler who would be able to repair the damaged ring. Dale repaired and tuned up two rings for me. They look so beautiful now that I didn't realize how beat up they were to start. Dale was friendly and professional. I liked that he showed me under a microscope what he recommended and why. I felt like I understood the issues and what he would be able to do.
