Don’t believe anything they say over the phone! Drove for almost an hour because they claimed to have the hair length, color and style I wanted. Came and they didn’t have what they stated they had, the price was higher than what they quoted me. Customer service is complete trash. Would not recommend them or their deceptive practices to anyone but an enemy
They think you’re stealing, and braid quality do not be good!
Horrible customer service. The door was locked during business hours, the worker opened the door and walked away from me. I bought lashes and a comb. I asked if I could wait in the store for a minute because my ride went to get gas and I didn’t want to wait on the busy sidewalk with many men around. As I’m a girl walking alone with jewelry and a bag. The owner said no u have to leave and proceeded to escort me out while the store was open and had customers inside.
