I called to ask about getting onboarded as a carrier and had an extremely disappointing experience. The customer service was rude, unprofessional, and made it feel like my call was an inconvenience from the beginning. Our Boy Scout pack rented a pinewood derby track and it was great! The track gave the times as each car crossed the line which was a cool feature. It was also great to hook it up to a computer so that the heat could be projected onto the wall so you knew when your kids race was coming up.
