D&B rentals has great all-around customer service from the counter to delivery of equipment, to communication with dispatcher. My new go-to for equipment rentals.
I called to ask about getting onboarded as a carrier and had an extremely disappointing experience. The customer service was rude, unprofessional, and made it feel like my call was an inconvenience from the beginning. For a company that works with carriers and depends on business relationships, the way I was treated was unacceptable.
