Prices over the top. Car not brought to customer upon pick up. Office was not inviting and no where to sit full of cat and cat hair. Do not search for best prices on parts.

My wife and I are traveling cross country. We had car issues getting into Memphis. We were told by a local shop that we had a transmission problem and they did not work on transmissions. I got referred to D&B Automotive and took the car in first thing o. Monday after Thanksgiving weekend. D&B did some troubleshooting and told us it was not the transmission but the catalytic converter. He didn't charge us for his time troubleshooting our issue. Super friendly, knowledge people and the shop cat is a plus.
