The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because of the tow truck driver, he was amazing. He showed up was nice easy to communicate with, made sure everything was good and had a wonderful attitude, so I have a extra star for that. The reason why I'm only leaving two stars is because of their dispatch, I called to confirm my appointment today and was greeted by a wonderful front desk person who then handed the phone off to someone who had the worst attitude, answered all my questions with a smart tone of voice and didnt seem int... read more
They don’t test their parts. Had me drive almost a hour to get an alternator just to tell me it was bad. He pulled it off the car while we was there. SMH u lied to get me here then tell me it’s bad.
