My accountant who was with this group moved and I could not locate his forwarding phone number so called the office and Charolette the secretary told me I could look it up. I said but if customers call don’t you have a forwarding number and she hung up on me. I am a huge customer service person and have gone to this office for years and to be treated so dismissive was insane to me.
