Was here with a wedding party. Made appointments for everyone.. appointments were not acknowledged and our point of contact was basically mansplained how the industry works because a walk in trumped an appointment. We were late because of them for our day and getting ready. Everyones hair fell out within an hour… somehow was quoted 65$ per and ended up paying $85 plus tip… dont really know how that math works but ok… either way 85$ for a blow out is insane. Would not recommend 0 stars
I’m absolutely thrilled with my haircut from Derek. He was incredibly meticulous!. It truly felt like he was shaping each strand with care. My hair looked fantastic when I left the salon, but the real test of a great cut is whether I can style it myself with ease. This morning, I did, and it turned out exactly the way I wanted. I had such a wonderful experience at this salon! I came in for a haircut and hair treatment, and from the very beginning the staff was so friendly, lovely, and welcoming. The atmosphere was beautiful and relaxing. A special thank you to my beauty assistant - Charisma - she did my treatment and haircut so gently and with so much care that I actually drifted off to sleep!
