Terrible customer service, I tried towing my car I had set up an appointment to tow my vehicl on the 21st, but due to their lousiness they had delayed me to the 22nd, only to tell me mudfay that they can’t tow my car because they had misheard me. I clearly stated the location I wanted to deliver the car to multiple times. . I’m highly appalled at the service, totally wastedo my time and offset my plans
From calling State Farm to find out about my coverage, to calling D & R Auto, to the minute CW came to get the car. He was funny and really helpful. Being in the customer service business myself I can appreciate some good old southern hospitality! Thanks guys
