Not sure what happened at this place but it went downhill quickly. I scheduled a service call and got a quote to fix my furnace. Have tried for months to follow up to move forward with the quote. Krista ghosted and isn’t returning calls or emails. Not great.
Krista is the wife of the husband that does the work. She answered the phone once and said that her husband could do the work on my water filtration system. I followed up to schedule the work multiple times. She never answers the phone, she doesn’t respond to text messages, her communication sucks and she’s not doing her husband any favors to get work. Prompt, efficient service at a fair price. Excellent communication too!
Technician showed up on time, found the problem quickly and made corrective changes. He got his training at a community college and that’s great. Michigan is pushing for free 2 years of junior college especially for trades people. Price for the repair was very fair and affordable. Good experience
Delivery was great and install was done the same day! Dean and his son were very polite and did a great job!
