It's been 25 years since D & J O'Dwyer Builders built our waterfront double storey home. In that time our home has well and truly stood the test of time with very minimal maintenance required. We are currently undergoing renovations due to the house becoming a little dated. D & J O'Dwyer Builders are currently involved in the ongoing works. The quality and workmanship is outstanding. O’dwyer Builders constructed our new home and they were terrible to deal with and would not come back and fix defects post handover. 2 years later after going through QBCC we finally have an insurance builder fixing the outstanding items. Do not use this contractor.
I contracted David O'Dwyer builders to handle my job of extensions to my waterfront property at Broadbeach Waters. Over the years I have arranged a number of different renovation projects at my property by selecting a variety of tradies to do jobs for me. E.G a painter to repaint the interior & exterior of my complete house. Concretors to completely replace my bitumen drive with exposed aggregate concrete. I was referred to D&J O’Dwyer Builders by a colleague for our home renovation. As this was our first renovation and we had no experience we found David was very helpful and professional with his advice. Whilst onsite his specialist team were once again obliging and patient with our inexperience. David was always available to answer any concerns and put our minds to ease. We have been lucky enough to secure some land and will be contacting D & J O’Dwyer for a new home building project
