We bought a van there. He repeated more than once that he went over the van thoroughly. He seemed to be honest....wrong. If he had really went over it he'd have found the serpentine belt needed replaced, the wheel bearings needed repacked, back brakes need adjusted, a/c blowing warm, battery needs replaced and now we're found out the transmission needs replaced. This guy is NOT to be trusted.
They are crooks and liars. He does to much during the sale and gets info on paperwork wrong. His vehicle inspections are lies. Then when the sale is final he flips his attitude to very rude. Will never do business with them again. My trade was rusty but all mechanicals worked and didn't leak. He sold me a van with a blown radiator. Major leak on the top back seal. Had it 2 days then straight to a mechanic. Also did not put tax on sales receipt so paid almost $600 for title and plate transfer.
My boyfriend bought a car from Eric at D and J auto just over a month ago. He mentioned Eric being a great guy. There were some issues with the car that he didn’t notice initially but once we brought it home a lot of lights came on, it went into limp mode.. all the bad things. We called Eric right away. He asked us to bring it in and he’d take care of it and that’s what he did. It’s been a couple weeks and the car has been running great.
Bought a great van. Works wonderful and got a great deal thank you so much Eric Wyatt for being amazing.
This is a great dealership to buy a very good used vehicle. They have quite a few to choose from and do their own work on the cars if there is a problem with it. When I brought an older model vehicle in great shape Eric gave me a very good trade-in price on it. He was very friendly and answered any questions that I had on the new vehicle and made sure I knew all the fancy features that the vehicle had on it and how to operate them.
