We purchased a brand new gooseneck trailer from this rip off company. On the second use the wheel fell off. We took it back because they told us it would be covered under warranty, it was not. They ended up fixing it and billing us $425 without even asking us! My husband and could have done the replacement and repair himself. When we went to pick up the trailer we made them take it off and we used the spare.. they still charged us from the labor for the wheel and tire we didn’t even get!
