Great Service! Prompt and Courteous!
Doctor is out of office most of the month, which means to schedule anything but a drug test, you have to be put 3+ weeks out. Placed several calls inquiring about medical cards and was told I'd be called when the doctor was back, which never happened. Had to walk in to get answers, only to be told the doctor wasn't around for another week and half, after my first initial call over 1 week prior. I've had a decent experience before with them but that was years ago. Not sure how they can operate during work days with only 6 hrs... read more
Unprofessional and a complete waste of time. I tried to go twice for a drug test - the first time, they closed early for lunch. The second time, they let me know that they dont take walk ins after 11am. I had to call my drug testing company and let them know that I will need to drive to Winona for the second location indicated due to the inability to be tested at this location even though they were emailed in advance by First Advantage what time I'd be coming today.
