I was killing time while my computer was being worked on at crystal mall and saw signs for affordable haircuts.. at first I went to a hair salon closer to the food court and asked them the cost and then they told me no pretty firmly after I showed them the picture (it was essentially a layered butterfly type cut without styling it , which is what I already had done for my previous haircut ). Do not come here unless u want a terribly uneven haircut. Can tell he is very amateur just from the way he cuts, no clue how this business has survived.
