Very rude when booking an appointment with them on the phone. The old honkong lady cursed in canto when she hang up the phone. Why would you treat your customer like this I just want a haircut

I was killing time while my computer was being worked on at crystal mall and saw signs for affordable haircuts.. at first I went to a hair salon closer to the food court and asked them the cost and then they told me no pretty firmly after I showed them the picture (it was essentially a layered butterfly type cut without styling it , which is what I already had done for my previous haircut ). Fair. I am glad they were honest with me and straight forward. So stepping up at D & A I was also a bit more forward and showed the pic... read more
