I recently bought a home and started receiving invoices in the mail with my name on them stating I was 30 days, then 60 days overdue on a $163 payment on my account. I've never done business with this company. When I called them, they said the prior owners had used their company and that this was an "advertisement" for me to continue services. In my opinion, this is extremely deceptive business tactic, and because of such I will never use this company.
We had a major ant infestation in our motorhome, and store remedies were not doing much. So we had the experts come in. Showed up on time and quickly treated for ants while giving me advice on how to prevent future issues and treating future problems. The ant colony is still dying 2 weeks after treatment, but seeing less everyday.
I was home when the tech checked my termite bait stations around my house. He did not go into my house to check the bathroom traps but stated on the report that he inspected them. That is dishonest. The same issue happened last year and I had to call them to come back! For over $300 a visit, I want to get a full inspection, not a partial one and a false report!
Just built my home, which DA provided the new construction termite treatment (pre and post construction treatment) on 10/11/22 and 9/22/23, consecutively. Moved in in July 2023. They sent me a contract renewal bill for $185 due 10/11/23. I forgot about it, until May, when I called to see if I could still renew I was told I would need to have a new inspection, re-treatment and a new contract.
