Every aspect of service was great. They arrived on time and did what they said they would. Follow up was timely. Could not be more pleased.
not a pleasant or economical experience
I have had service with this company for over 6 years faithfully. When I discovered that I had a termite problem that they monitered every month, they found every reason to not cover my damage or take responsibilty. Finally they said that I didn't purchase a contract for termites even though I paid the for coverage for over 6 years straight. I asked to speak with the owner and after several appointments with the lower level personelle I was finally told that he would not meet with me and that I was just plain out of luck. If... read more
Great locally owned company! – Great company! Got rid of all my pest control problems! I also have Sentricon and Liquid termite contracts wih DA and I have had NO problems!
