Let me start with their work. It was excellent. There are no issues with this. My issue is with the estimator. My wife got in an accident with our SUV. We dropped the vehicle off to D&A after hours and wrote on the envelope that we wanted AN ESTIMATE ONLY. I was called back with an estimate the next morning and I asked that they not start the work.
