If you're expecting a comforting, caring welcome when you visit this place, you've made a mistake. The doors are locked for a good reason but rarely when you wring the doorbell do they come open the door for a person in a wheelchair. 1/10 greetings are happy. Their daycare program is lacking any actual structure or consistency. I can see why they have such a poor rating.

My mother in law has been well cared for and her needs are being met. We found that the care facility is always clean and the staff are personal and patient. We are grateful that she is in this facility. Thank you to the staff who make her days special. We appreciate it. Christmas function today was very special for us. Well done!

My family went for a tour here. We are currently touring various care homes to identify a suitable location for my mother. We were disturbed by what we witnessed during the tour. The guide noted that they did not have sufficient staff to ensure bathing of residents or waking them in the morning. We also noticed the residents were locked in their cottages.
