My experience was just awful! The staff was incredibly mean and rude and Laura... I guess anyone can take enough classes and be called an endocrinologist? She just seemed so unintelligent. She only goes off of what your blood sugar is at that very moment. Very unprofessional.Â
This horrible person (laura) should not be a nurse! I am diabetic and wanted a endocrinologist closer to home. I was referred to laura. When I would go in to see her she would only look at what my blood sugars were for that day, not the last 3 months or even last 3 days. When I switched to a new provider that was even closer for me she got so mad she canceled all of my prescriptions!!! Us diabetics can not live without our insulin! This clinic in Watertown, WI does not do a very good job on prescription needs in my opinion. Warfarin (blood thinner) in ample quantity was not prescribed until a 'demanded' INR was undertaken... which is ok, except when INR came back @ perfect 2.5, nothing was followed up on to get a quick resolution to the needed medication... either locally or mail order. Not the 1st time I had to 'fix' a problem.. wrong pharmacy or quantity. Â
