Had the best experience with Czar. I ordered the wrong thickness medallion only to realize a week later. They changed the thickness at no extra cost. The medallion I received was gorgeous.
Worst experience. Not able to deliver medallion in 6 weeks. Very rood costumer service, immediately become offensive. Manager start with praising how good they are instead listen to the concern. Do not order from them under any conditions.
Gorgeous floors,amazing customer service,perfect fit! I couldn't ask for more, my husband and I are very happy with the outcome.
