Do not buy a thing from here! I bought a dual sided fireplace. It came in damaged.I told the owner and she acted like it was not an issue. They added a “set up” fee and did not discuss it or what it entailed before I paid. Fast forward to the install, they gave two bags of rocks for around the insert when the measurements suggested ten (according to the installer). We were updated on every detail of the project from purchase to meticulous professional install. There was a slight delay as the model we originally chose was delayed on back order. Czar Energy then suggested a stove slightly cheaper, stronger and larger with more features. We love this stove and the service was impeccable. Well done, Czar Energy, and thank you!
It's been about a month now and we've experienced no issues, so I wanted to write a positive review about this company. When we bought our house about 8 years ago, it had a fireplace with a fake log set that runs on propane. We used it a few times, but it never seemed to work quite right, so we haven't used it in years. We finally decided to get it fixed and my husband chose Czar Energy Solutions.
