The front desk staff is completely incompetent and unprofessional. They are quick to shift blame onto the patient instead of taking accountability for their own mistakes. I arrived on time for my 10:30 a.m. appointment, only to receive a call from the office while I was sitting in their waiting room — a clear sign of disorganization.
