RecommendedWoke up without heat and was at the mercy of their availability. They sent a technician out within the hour. I called on them for an A/C problem in the past as well. Both times they corrected the problem and pricing seems very fair. Thank you for always being there Cytech!! 🙌

I’ve been in my home since 1986. I’m on my third AC unit. The first two units lasted approximately 14 years each. Neither of those two units were installed by Cytech. At some point during my second AC, I started using Cytech Heating and cooling for the annual maintenance on my AC. They actually did a good maintenance job. So when that second AC gave up, I decided to buy a new unit from Cytech based on my experience with their annual maintenance work. EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE! I called when I needed an urgent leak checked out at our dental office. Cytech came to the rescue within MINUTES! Not only did they do a fabulous job at the repairs neccessary, but the price was also GREAT! Very professional and friendly staff. If you are looking for the BEST in the valley, look no further!
