Dr. Jain has been the best doctor I've had in my 35 years at this clinic. The entire team of PAs, nurses, dieticians, techs, front office are fantastic and are always encouraging. They actually hear and listen to their patients. Whenever I'm in the hospital, Dr. Finklea has been a great advocate for his patients. He has helped cut through hospital bureaucracy so that I got the care I needed. They're all the best!
Transferring from Children's Medical Center, I guess I was so used to the care and amazing treatment from all of the staff that when I came here, it was a complete turn. No one, but the mental health coordinator, is nice. Dr. Finklea has terrible communication issues and doesn't make you feel welcome at all. I've tried getting a new doctor here but have failed. You would think that they make their patients feel like you are able to come to them about anything regarding your health, but certainly, you can't. Please avoid this... read more
Dr. Cohen is the best! I was hopeless until I found her and started my treatment routine.
Dr Jain and her team does a fantastic job at help manage my Cystic Fibrosis. I recommend them
Fly to another clinic out of state. Don’t waste your time. They have no idea how to communicate with patients in a manner that a CF patient is used to. And they just ignore you til you need IVs. Even at appointments where my PFTs improved I left feeling depressed because of them. They are not cheerleader. Cff needs to revoke their accreditation
