My personal experience was terrible. I was ripped off ... charged me double from the phone quote (he came out the next day) and after 4 days had no air. When I called the owner out.... he gave me excuses (saying that freon price sky rocketed... in just one day?!) then hung up on me. I heard bad things from others, but I gave him the benefit.
