Edit: I'm retroactively realizing Cyrus caused more damage than if he hadn't helped me. He helped me buy a condo across the corridor from a highschool friend of his. His friend's condo therefore gained value since I bought when the market was over-inflated. My offer was $17,000 over the next best offer and $31,000 over asking. No one could predict Covid19 but I'm now at a huge loss trying to sell. Same friend across corridor now helped HOA approve an unreasonably high cost SA.
