this place so unprofessional especially after find out the owner did my ultrasound. He was rude, no bed side manner. Squirted me in the face with gel, told me to clean myself giving me nothing to clean, called me old bc my back hurt. I said i have Fibro. No help up or off the table. He told me to go to waiting room and left me. MRI left me alone during parts of it which is not supposed to happen. I yelled out when the machine stopped ( no button, they said yell) no one around. Excellent services from the receptionist and technician when I had a 3D mammogram done today at Cyrus Diagnostic Imaging in Lake Mary!
I was very sick @ Dr's office, he said I needed chest Xray right away. They called nearby Florida Hospital, who said they couldn't do the Xray that day unless I went thru ER; MINIMUM fee +$300 out of pocket just for the Xray since I hadn't met my annual co-pay yet. Then they called Cyrus, they took me right away and I had the test done within the hour for $180. Same test, fee about half what Fla Hosp wanted.
