My first appointment at Cyril Pain Clinic I met with Dr. Dina Hanna. I could tell that she had read all the information on the forms that I had filled out before our appointment. She is very knowledgeable and we talked about different procedures that I could possibly do to manage my back pain. St Cyril/Mina pain center, by far the greater establishment. The staff is the Friendliest , caring and know matter how much pain you’re in, always puts a smile on your face. I have had multiple procedures, with huge results. I suffer from severe migraines, neck pain, and shoulder pain. I had a trigger point injection that has lasted over 6 months and no migraine. After trying several medication’s, for migraines. I will keep getting these injections.
Staff is very rude. Place is dirty. Went with my husband for a visit took us to where they were doing procedures. No curtains were closed people lying in beds was totally inappropriate. Will never go back.
Life is too short to be playing with someone’s time. I called them yesterday about scheduling an appointment for my person. Called them around 12pm. They wanted to eat lunch and put me on hold. Ask me to call back after. I was even mindful enough to contact back at 12:15pm. When I called I told the lady My person didn’t have a primary care doctor. A new group was there on the day I was there on Nov 14. Actually they had no idea what was going on. My whole account was gone and I had been a patient there for quite a few years. I was very disappointed in the whole staff.
