Staff is very rude. Place is dirty. Went with my husband for a visit took us to where they were doing procedures. No curtains were closed people lying in beds was totally inappropriate. Will never go back.
Life is too short to be playing with someone’s time. I called them yesterday about scheduling an appointment for my person. Called them around 12pm. They wanted to eat lunch and put me on hold. Ask me to call back after. I was even mindful enough to contact back at 12:15pm. When I called I told the lady My person didn’t have a primary care doctor. A new group was there on the day I was there on Nov 14. Actually they had no idea what was going on. My whole account was gone and I had been a patient there for quite a few years. I was very disappointed in the whole staff.
They are all super professional and nice and would highly recommend them
My 80 year old sister had an injection in her neck performed by Dr. Andrews. She had a horrible reaction - was in agony, blood pressure was sky high, her skin was red, she felt as if she couldn't breathe and was unable to move for about an hour after. They said it was a reaction and she would be fine in time. I barely got her home. The next day I called them and said she was too weak to hold a cup - they called in a Methylprednisolone pack, claiming again it was a reaction to the medicine.
