Worst situation ever. Had a severe brain injury. Was in icu with a brain bleed for days. Instruction when released was to go to neurologist one month after for follow up cat scan. Pretty important. Couldn't get an appointment, waited a month and a half to get in ,and then didn't see the doctor at all. Thry Send a PA into the room, that had not even read my chart before entering. This place is a joke! I had called and have had to call back several times to get an appointment! They want call you that's for dang sure ! I made appointment a month out and called back to verify and ask both times if they needed me to bring any kind of records in which they said no then get a call late afternoon Friday after hours when most Dr offices and Imaging facilities are closed to be told they need my MRI disk in which it's a minimum of 3-5 days to get this .
